Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of QuantKing, including the website at https://quantking.ai and related online learning and interview preparation services (the "Service").

Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service. They form a legally binding agreement between you and QuantKing.

By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or otherwise using QuantKing, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

If you use QuantKing on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

You may use QuantKing only if you are at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract under the laws of England and Wales. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

We may refuse access, require verification, or restrict features where we reasonably believe these eligibility requirements are not met.

To access many parts of QuantKing you must create an account and provide accurate information. You must keep your login details confidential and take reasonable steps to prevent unauthorised access.

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorised it. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us promptly at hello@quantking.ai.

You must not share your account credentials with others or allow another person to use your account. QuantKing may suspend or terminate accounts that appear to have been shared, abused, or compromised.

Some QuantKing features require a paid plan. Current packages and prices are shown on the Pricing page. Subscriptions and one time purchases are processed securely through Stripe.

Recurring subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before renewal. One time purchases, such as short access packages, provide access for the stated period and do not renew unless you buy again.

Prices may change in the future. Existing subscriptions will continue according to the applicable billing terms in place at the time of purchase or renewal, unless we notify you otherwise in advance of a change that affects you.

Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals and related future charges. Cancellation does not refund previous payments already processed. You can usually manage or cancel renewals from your Account page through the Stripe customer portal.

QuantKing provides immediate access to digital educational content once a purchase succeeds. For that reason, refunds are generally not available.

Nothing in these Terms affects any rights you may have under UK law that cannot be excluded. Where a refund is required by law, or where QuantKing decides to offer one as a matter of discretion, we will process it through the original payment method where practicable.

All courses, questions, assessments, videos, code samples, branding, written materials, software, designs, and other content made available through QuantKing remain the property of QuantKing or our licensors.

We grant you a limited, non exclusive, non transferable licence to access and use the Service for your personal learning and interview preparation while your account and plan remain valid. This licence does not transfer ownership of any QuantKing content to you.

You may not copy, redistribute, sell, upload, publish, publicly display, or otherwise reproduce QuantKing content without our prior written permission, except where UK law expressly allows limited use.

You must use QuantKing lawfully and in a way that does not harm the Service, our systems, or other users. In particular, you must not attempt to hack, probe, or otherwise compromise the platform. You must not share accounts. You must not scrape content. You must not reverse engineer the platform. You must not interfere with other users. You must not use bots or automated tools to access protected content.

You also must not misuse the Service for fraud, spam, harassment, or any activity that breaches applicable law. We may investigate suspected misuse and take action as described in the suspension and termination section below.

If you upload code, assessment answers, project submissions, notes, or other materials to QuantKing, you retain ownership of your own work to the extent you own it.

By uploading or submitting that material, you grant QuantKing a worldwide, non exclusive licence to host, store, process, and otherwise use it as needed to provide, maintain, and improve the Service, including features such as progress tracking, reviews, and assessment workflows.

You confirm that you have the rights needed to upload the material and that it does not infringe the rights of others or contain unlawful content.

QuantKing aims to keep the Service available and reliable. However, uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed. Access may be affected by scheduled maintenance, updates, hosting provider issues, third party outages, or other unforeseen technical problems.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service from time to time. Where practical, we will try to minimise disruption.

QuantKing provides educational resources and practice tools only. The Service is intended to support interview preparation and learning. We do not guarantee that using QuantKing will result in interviews, internships, job offers, exam success, or any particular outcome.

Content is provided for general educational purposes. Unless expressly stated otherwise, it is not professional, legal, financial, or careers advice tailored to your circumstances.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the laws of England and Wales.

Subject to that, to the maximum extent permitted by UK law, QuantKing and Quant Labs Ltd are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, loss of data, business interruption, or reputational harm, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service will, to the maximum extent permitted by law, be limited to the total amount you paid to QuantKing for the Service in the twelve months immediately before the claim arose.

QuantKing may suspend or terminate your account, or restrict access to all or part of the Service, if you breach these Terms, misuse the platform, create risk for other users, fail to pay amounts due, or if we are required to do so by law.

You may stop using QuantKing at any time and may delete your account where that option is available, or by contacting hello@quantking.ai. Sections that by their nature should continue after termination, such as intellectual property, disclaimer, limitation of liability, and governing law, will continue to apply.

How we collect and use personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy. By using QuantKing, you also acknowledge that policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect product changes, legal requirements, or business needs. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

Continued use of QuantKing after updated Terms are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should stop using the Service.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable law.
